Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?

Use the form on main page to enter your arrival date and return date. Strat Typing the pick-up location, the form will auto-complete it. Then type the drop-off location. select your starting location. Do the same for return information if you require a 2 way transfer. Select number of people and proceed to next step. If you are unbale to find your exact location, please type in nearest one. However, if you are unsure, please Contact Us.
Once you proceed to step 2, system will require you to select your vehicle. The vehicles will appear according to the number of people you have chosen in first step. A 4 seater vehicle will only be available if you are traveling with less than 5 people. Once you are done with vehicle selection, the final step will require you to fill in the details. Please make sure you fill in all required fields for a hassle-free transfer experience.
Once you complete all booking steps, your details are in our database. You will instantly receive an email from us with the details of your reservation. However; the booking is not confirmed until at least an advance payment is made. The link to payment form is provided at the last step of the booking, as well as your dashboard, which you can access from main menu. System will automatically create an account for you, so you will need those credentials to access your dashboard. The credentials are mailed to you as soon as you complete the booking steps. Please make sure you add [email protected] to your safe list, so that the email does not get lost in your spam folder.
- How and when do I pay for my transfers?

As soon as you make a booking, you need to pay an advance payment to secure it. This usually is 20 % of the total amount. You may pay this online with your credit card. We use a 3D secure payment gateway over secure socket layer to collect our online payments. The credit card payment form is provided to you at the last step of your booking. Same link form is also accessible through your password protected account page. You may access your account page by clicking the Account link on top of the site. You will be promted to login. Your login details are sent to you via email at the last step of your booking. So please do check your spam folders in case our email falls in your spam folders.
You also have the option to make a full payment at booking. Do this only if you are not willing to pay cash at pickup.
- Are the prices per person or per vehicle?

Our system designates an appropriate vehicle for number of selected passengers. I.e if you select 4 pasengers, our system will recommend a 4 seater vehicle. However, if you select 5 passengers, then our system will recommend a 6 seater vehicle. so the prices are not per passenger but are per vehicle. There are no discounts for children as vehicles are designated as per required seats for total passengers.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Before you travel
- How do I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking by sending us a cancellation request through your dashboard. You will need to enter your email address and password to access your dashboard. Your password can be found in the first email that our system sends you as soon as you complete your booking. Please read our cancellation policy.
- What luggage entitlement will I have?

Usually, the vehicles are capable of carrying one large case and a small one per person; however, if you have excess baggage, please notify us in advance to avoid space problems at the airport.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive? What if I can't find him?

Our driver will be at the airport exit lounge, holding a piece of paper with your name. If you don't see your name as you go out, don't panic. He could be just parking the car. Please look around carefully. If after 2-3 minutes you still can't spot your name, you may call our driver. His phone number will be oun your transfer voucher. Altrenatively you can call the 24 hour emergency number which also is provided on your transfer voucher.
- What happens if my flight is delayed? Do I get charged extra?

We constantly monitor flight schedules. Provided you have given us accurate flight information, we will montior your flight and proceed to the airport accordingly. However, even if your flight informaiton is not accurate, we will still wait for you at the airport at no charge. But, please make sure you double check your flight information before submitting to avoid us to spend hours at the airport waiting for you. It is your responsibility to notify us of your flight changes, should there be any. Please also make sure you provide a mobile number at booking, that also is accessible in Cyprus. By proviidng this mobile number, you would help us reach you in case of flight confusions even if you are at the airport.
- What are the visa procedures at crossing the border from South to North and vice versa?

This process could take upto 10 minutes depending on the number of vehicles and passengers crossing the border at that time.
- If my luggage gets lost, will you collect it for me when it arrives later?

All airline compaines have handling agents that deliver lost luggage to their owners. So in this case, your luggage will be delivered to you by the handling agent.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

- How long will the transfer take?

- Ercan to Kyrenia: 45 minutes
- Ercan to Famagusta: 45 minutes
- Ercan To Bafra: 1 hour
- Ercan To Lefkosa: 30 minutes
- Larnaca to Kyrenia: 1 hours 20 minutes
- Paphos to Kyrenia: 2 hours 45 minutes
Special Situations
- Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking and receive full refund if you cancel 72 hours before your arrival. All cancellation requests must be made through your dashboard. If you cancel your booking at any time after that you would be charged a cancellation fee which is 20 % of the total amount. This usually is the advance payment you have made.
- What happens if I miss my plane?

Should you miss your flight, do notify us immediately. We will change your pick up to your next flight at no extra charge.
Account Management
- How do I access my dashboard?

Your dashboard is a password protected area where you can review your bookings, make ammendments and cancellations. You may also print your e-receipt and transfer voucher at your dashboard. Access to dashboard requires authentication through your email address and password. Your login details are sent to you via email at the end of the booking. If you loose your details, you may request your password to be sent to your email address at any time.

We have a fleet of cars ranging from mercedes Benz taxi's to Hyundai H1 and to Mercedes Benz Splinter. Our 4 seaters are saloon and Estate Mercedes Benz 220's. Our 7 seaters are Mercedes Benz Vito and Hyundai H1. Our 12 seater is Mercedes Benz Sprinter.
